This Policy governs your use of any app (websites, apis, native applications, mobile applications or other digital services) deployed through KNUCKLEHEADS INC. ("Services"). By using the Services you are agreeing to be bound by the Policy. The content of the Service3s, including trademarks and service marks, is proprietary and you may not duplicate, copy, download, modify, use, or publish any material on the Services without express permission.

Your Personal Profile Information will become a part of the Service's electronic database system ("System") and maintained for future interactions or transactions and as required under applicable law, rules and/or regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Profile Information is true, complete, and accurate and you should update the information as necessary. There are several resources available to help keep the Profile Information up-to-date - you may use your personal account or contact us by e-mail at info@knuckleheads.net. If the Profile Information cannot be verified or authenticated, KNUCKLEHEADS may terminate the transaction and you may be prohibited from accessing or using the Services. Profile Information will not be shared or sold. Disaggregated geographic and demographic data may be used to determine efficacy of outreach and areas in need of more information.

KNUCKLEHEADS is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that the Profile Information is secure from unauthorized disclosure. For added protection, the Profile Information may be designated by you as "private", which means that such designated Profile Information will not be used for solicitation purposes. KNUCKLEHEADS' system uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when communicating with you regarding the Profile Information or your order/transaction. Most web-browsers display a locking icon when you're browsing in SSL mode. While your web-browser is running under SSL the information passed between KNUCKLEHEADS' system and yours is kept confidential. KNUCKLEHEADS uses cookie technology to keep track of your current session while you're visiting the Sites. The cookies are only used to enable KNUCKLEHEADS' system to communicate effectively with you during your visit.

KNUCKLEHEADS does not sell the Profile Information; however, the Profile Information may be shared with KNUCKLEHEADS' business partners that employ our system, software and/or tools to facilitate your order or transaction. For example, if you purchase a ticket for a concert, the event promoter may request your Profile Information. At times KNUCKLEHEADS' system also acts as a bridge connecting the organizations' ordering systems. During those times, the Profile Information will be transferred into their system to accurately process your request. Any Profile information that is transferred is subject to this Policy and the Profile Information is only transferred when the transferee organization has signed an agreement with us to respect the Policy. Although KNUCKLEHEADS will take reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the Profile Information, KNUCKLEHEADS will not be responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Profile Information; and your submission of the Profile Information, including customer information submitted by event promoters, is at your own risk. In addition, you agree that KNUCKLEHEADS may disclose the Profile Information when KNUCKLEHEADS, at its sole discretion, determines that such disclosure is in compliance with applicable law or regulation.

KNUCKLEHEADS DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SITES OR MOBILE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT FROM YOUR USE. THE SITES, MOBILE APPS AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITES AND MOBILE APPS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK; AND KNUCKLEHEADS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

BY USING THE SERVICES, SITES AND MOBILE APPS, YOU AGREE THAT KNUCKLEHEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITES OR MOBILE APPS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION WHETHER AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD KNUCKLEHEADS, ITS AGENTS, MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEES, AND PERFORMERS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITES AND MOBILE APPS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF THE PROFILE INFORMATION.

KNUCKLEHEADS reserves the right to change or amend the Policy from time to time and it is your responsibility to review the Policy.
